CMMP Financial & Billing Information

CMMP Surgical Center will file your insurance claim with your insurance company.  We are a contracted provider with most insurance companies, if you have any questions regarding whether or not we are a provider with your insurance company, please contact us at 573-635-7022 to inquire.  We do ask that you pay your co-payments and/or deductible at the time of service.  If there is an additional balance due after the insurance payment, we will send a statement to you.

If you do not have insurance, we do request payment in full at the time of service.  We do accept Visa and MasterCard.  If you have any questions at all regarding our financial policies, please do not hesitate to ask.
