What To Do Before Surgery

At CMMP Surgery Center we want your surgical experience to be outstanding. When planning surgery, the first step is to visit the Surgery Center, centrally located in Jefferson City, and meet with our licensed staff for a pre-operative evaluation.  Pre-operative evaluations are done Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  If these times are not convenient for you, please call us so we may arrange an alternative.

During your pre-operative visit, we will inquire about your health history and we may need to obtain blood work and/or an EKG before surgery. Your doctor may also advise you of any tests that may need to be performed by your primary care physician prior to scheduling surgery.

A member of our staff will call you at least one day before your procedure to confirm your arrival time and answer any additional questions.
